D45-C – Pasta machine for fresh, dry and gluten free pasta

The D45-C pasta machine for fresh long or short pasta and pasta sheets is the heir to a long generation of D45s sold in thousands of units all over the world, suitable for restaurants, fresh pasta shops, catering and delicatessens. Mounted on wheels, the D45-C pasta machine is easy-to-use, robust, reliable, easy to clean and most importantly produces top quality pasta.

FLOUR INCLUDING GLUTEN FREE:
The D45-C press has been designed for mixing and extruding all types of gluten-free flour in addition to the traditional soft wheat and semolina flour.

DIES AND PASTA SHAPES:
By changing the die, the D45-C press can make many different shapes of pasta of different sizes and with a special die it is also possible to produce pasta sheets for lasagna and filled pasta.

DIES AVAILABLE IN BRONZE OR TEFLON INSERTS (Ø79-89mm)

STUFFED PASTA
The D45-C press can be combined with the RM17 semi-automatic ravioli machine or with the automatic ravioli machine PR90 to produce stuffed pasta.

DRY PASTA
The D45-C press can be combined with our small-dryer ESS20 to make dry pasta.
