Termes and Conditions

1) General provisions

These general conditions of sale govern the offer and sale of products on the site www.italyfoodequipment.com and are governed by Italian law and in particular Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of electronic commerce. All purchase contracts concluded via the website www.italyfoodequipment.com, between the seller and the customer will be governed by these general conditions. 

The products purchased on www.italyfoodequipment.com are sold by the company called GRANITTO ARREDI srl, with headquarters at Via Arti e Mestieri 35 – 86039 – Termoli (CB), Italy, VAT 01581190707.

It’s possible to ask any question to Italy Food Equipment contacting Customer Service Department at info@italyfoodequipment.com.

2) Acceptance of terms of sale

The contract between Italy Food Equipment and the customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by United Food Equipment, which reserves the right to refuse the order. This acceptance is automatic, otherwise communicated to the client mode. By placing an order in the manner provided, the customer claims to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and accept the terms and conditions below transcribed.

It exclused any right of the Customers to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for any direct or indirect personal and/or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.

3) How to purchase

It is expected to purchase a minimum order of € 150.00.

The customer can buy products in the electronic catalog of Italy Food Equipment at the time the order and viewable at www.italyfoodequipment.com as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information included in the site www.italyfoodequipment.com faithfully reproduce those of the manufacturers. Therefore Italy Food Equipment reserves the right to change the technical information of products to match those provided by the manufacturers without any notice. The picture accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its features and differ in color, size, and accessories in the figure.

The correct order and formed by Italy Food Equipment by an e-mail sent to the e-mail address supplied by the customer. The e-mail contains the details of the customer and of the order, the price of the goods purchased, the cost of transport and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent. The customer agrees to verify the correctness of the date contained in it to communicate any corrections.

Even after sending the confirmation e-mail by Italy Food Equipment, the order could not be processed because of insufficient guarantees of solvency, incomplete or incorrect, or unavailability of the commodity. In the cases above, Italy Food Equipment, will inform you as soon as possible to the customer by e-mail, explaining the reasons for not-acceptance in any case within 30 days from receipt of order.

In case of partial availability of the goods, the customer will be notified and can decide whether to accept the partial delivery of the products available or cancel the order.

If you have already paid for products that are no longer available, Italy Food Equipment will refund the amount in the manner and within the appropriate time.

In case of withdrawal or cancellation of the order by the buyer, the same is required to pay, by way of recovery of expenses, order management, supplier management and all is necessary to make the order final, a penalty equal to 30% of the supply value.

All prices on www.italyfoodequipment.com, are subject to change at any time and without notice. Quotations made by e-mail, are valid 30 days from the date of submission of the offer, unless otherwise indicated.

4) Payment methods

The payment is always anticipated by the order and you can do so via credit card, on PayPal circuit or by bank transfer.

In case of bank transfer, the approval of the order takes place only when the actual crediting to the account of Granitto Arredi srl the sum total of the purchase, which must occur within 10 working days from the date of creation of the order, after which the order is deemed automatically canceled.

5) Delivery methods

Italy Food Equipment can accept orders with delivery in Italy and abroad.

For every order placed on www.italyfoodequipment.com, Granitto Arredi srl will invoice of material sent. For the issuance of the invoice, shall be deemed valid the information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order. The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering. No fees or commission is due to Italy Food Equipment.

Delivery of goods ordered are approximately between 15 and 40 days and varies depending on the country of destination and the availability of merchandise. These delivery times are approximate and may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authority. No responsibility can be attributed to Italy Food Equipment in case of delay in the order or delivery of goods ordered.

Each country has a different policy for import and customs laws. The customer will check with his customs office,  rates and any restrictions, to ensure that he can import products.

If a country is not among those selected for the expedition, it may depend on various factors (need special agreements with couriers, some products can be shipped only after verification, …). In that case you can write to info@italyfoodequipment.com to receive a personalized estimate.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered is the same as indicated on the invoice and that the packaging is not damaged or altered. Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages should be immediately reported to the carrier that  makes the delivery. It’s also required reporting to Italy Food Equipment, through timely communication, within 8 days of receipt, to the e-mail info@italyfoodequipment.com.

Once firmed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods. Despite the packaging intact, the goods must be verified within 8 days of receipt. Any damages or hidden defects must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is explained on the accompanying document.

It’s also required the opening of a case of anomaly at Italy Food Equipment, through immediate communication to info@italyfoodequipment.com. Each alert over these terms will not be considered. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.

6) Claims

Any complaint must be addressed to Italy Food Equipment through communication to e-mail info@italyfoodequipment.com, or at Granitto Arredi Srl – Via Arti e Mestieri, 35 – 86039 Termoli (CB).

7) Conditions

The conditions contained in this document may be modified by Italy Food Equipment without notice and will be valid from the date of publication in the website www.italyfoodequipment.com.
