Gnocchi machine – GN2
Gnocchi machine for the production of gnocchi with fresh potatoes or pre-made gnocchi dough, suitable for pasta factories, delicatessens and supermarkets. Mounted on wheels. With the GN2 gnocchi machine it is possible to adjust the size and groove of the gnocchi.
Forming group substitution allows to change the shape in a few seconds and to produce gnocchi of different sizes. Product comes dusted with flour automatically.
All parts in contact with the dough are built with food-grade materials, maximizing protection against corrosion. This gnocchi machine can be disassembled for easy cleaning.
