Description

The FRF500 is a machine suitable for the production of loaves of all types and sizes. The dough is conveyed by means of a belt to the ground and thickness-chromed rolling cylinders. Thanks to the use of shaved wool felts, this machine ensures perfect rolling of the loaf. The trays, protection grids and shoulders are made of stainless steel, a material resistant to stress and suitable for contact with bread. This moulding machine is supplied with a built-in moulder, which gives the additional elongation and allows the dough to be rolled the cylindrical dough. – Machinery on wheels
