Description
The FR500 is a machine suitable for the production of loaves of all types and sizes. The dough is conveyed by means of a belt to the ground and thickness-chromed rolling cylinders. Thanks to the use of shaved wool felts, this machine ensures perfect rolling of the loaf. The trays, protection grids and shoulders are made of stainless steel, a material resistant to stress and suitable for contact with bread. – Machinery on wheels – Machine built according to current safety standards and every component in contact with the dough is certified as suitable for food use. – Cylinder cm: 500 mm
