Sheeter PIDUE

Description

PIDUE is  an automatic pasta sheeter with single or double kneading vat for the production of pasta sheet having a width of 168 mm and a thickness of 2,5 mm.

PIDUE with the extruding vat is an automatic pasta sheeter with a double vat: the upper vat includes an extruding head for producing any kind of pasta,  only by replacing the extruding die (both bronze and PTFE dies are available: bronze dies extrude a rough pasta while PTFE dies extrude a smooth and more transparent pasta).

PIDUE is made of anodized aluminium in its external structure and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel; it respects all accident prevention regulations in force.

Accessories

– Pasta sheet cutting Unit
The pasta sheet cutting unit produces long pasta cut by length and in different sizes by inserting  special cutting units. Lenght is adjustable by means of a timer. Available sizes : mm 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 and jagged-edge cuts.

– Ravioli Unit
It carries out the production of perfect ravioli strips, in different shapes and with different kinds of soft fillings made of vegetables, cheese, meat or other kinds of mixed fillings.

– Gnocchi Unit
It carries out the production of gnocchi made of potatoes or made of potatoes flakes in various dimensions and with additional ingredients such as tomatoes or spinaches.

The assembly of all the accessories is simple and practical. Some units can also be used in combination with some other machine models in our production range.
